Welcome to DaycareProfit. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DaycareProfit, a web application operated by EUROLINKED LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use DaycareProfit.

1. The Service

DaycareProfit is a financial dashboard for home daycare owners. It helps you track parent payments, log subsidies (CACFP + state), import receipts, calculate your monthly profit, and prepare your Schedule C tax-time records.

DaycareProfit is a software tool — not a tax preparer, accountant, or financial advisor. Nothing in the Service is tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for any decisions you make based on what the Service shows you. Please consult a qualified professional before relying on the Service for tax filings or major financial decisions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and operating a daycare business in the United States to use DaycareProfit. By signing up, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you sign up on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
• Use the Service yourself — not share your login with others

4. Free trial

New accounts get a 60-day free trial with full access to the Service. No credit card is required to start. We may change the trial length for future signups, but your trial length will not change after you sign up.

5. Subscription and billing

Pricing

After your free trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. The current price is $12 USD per month, billed monthly via Stripe. We may change this price in the future, with at least 30 days' advance notice for existing subscribers.

Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless you cancel. Your card on file will be charged at the start of each billing cycle.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time from Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription, or by deleting your account from Settings → Delete my account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you keep access through that period.

Refunds

DaycareProfit is sold on a month-to-month basis. We do not provide refunds for partial months. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of the cycle you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. If you believe you were charged in error, email daycareprofit@gmail.com and we'll review the charge.

Promotional codes and credits

We may offer promotional discount codes from time to time. Discounts apply to your next invoice and have no cash value. Referral credits earned through the referral program also apply automatically to future invoices and have no cash value. Codes and credits cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Try to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or to our infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or automate the Service in ways that interfere with normal operation
• Resell or repackage the Service to third parties without our written permission
• Upload malware, illegal content, or content you don't own the rights to
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate someone else
• Abuse our free-trial or referral programs (creating multiple accounts to extend a trial, self-referrals, etc.)

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

7. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you enter into the Service — your income records, expense entries, family records, receipt uploads, and so on. We do not claim ownership of your business data.

You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your data as necessary to provide the Service. This license ends when you delete your account.

8. Our intellectual property

The Service itself — the software, design, branding, documentation, and the DaycareProfit name and logo — is owned by EUROLINKED LLC. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own daycare business. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that the data shown is completely accurate. You are responsible for verifying any calculations against your own records before relying on them.

The Service does not provide tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. Reports and calculations are tools to help you organize your business records. Always consult a qualified tax professional, accountant, or attorney for advice specific to your situation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EUROLINKED LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you haven't paid anything (free trial users).

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EUROLINKED LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third party's rights.

12. Termination

You can terminate your account at any time by deleting it from Settings. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service.

Upon termination: your subscription is canceled, your access ends, and we delete your data (subject to short-lived backup retention as described in the Privacy Policy).

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and through a notice in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the most recent revision.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will first be addressed by good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Illinois. Each party waives any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
